Rodolfo “Rudy” Diaz

Rudy is a servant leader and an accomplished senior risk executive who has led diverse high performing teams focused on shepherding a myriad of multinationals through global uncertainty affording them open market access as they looked to penetrate new markets or grow their market share. From securing complex supply chains by disrupting the flow of counterfeit and contraband into international markets to leading crisis teams responding to events such as Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico or the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Rudy has spent three decades safeguarding human capital, physical assets, supply chains as well as the intellectual property and reputation of some of the world’s largest enterprises.

With a career focus in Risk, Crisis Management and Resiliency, Global Security & Safety, and Ethics & Compliance, Rudy has supported a wide array of industries including but not limited to Automotive, Consumer Goods, Governmental (US State Department), Healthcare, Lifestyle, Technology, Semiconductor, Electronics Manufacturing Services, Financial, Critical Infrastructure, Pharmaceutical as well as Entertainment sectors. This career has taken him to over 48 countries spanning Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America.

Over the years Rudy has led global security consultancies as well as held some of the most senior security and resiliency roles for companies like Hewlett Packard, GlobalFoundries, Flex and Iron Mountain. Rudy is a graduate from Marquette University with a BA in Criminology and a combat veteran (United States Marine Corps) twice awarded the Bronze Star with “V” for heroism.

Rudy is a strategic and critical thinker who strives to simplify the complex, a passionate and effective communicator who is as much at home in the Boardroom as he is in the favelas of São Paulo, the streets of Mumbai, the alleyways in Matamoros, Tiananmen Square in Beijing or in the center of the Red Square in Moscow.
